Move in
Entry is at 16th St. and San Pablo Avenue.
Mobile food vendors have between 8 AM and 11am to enter and setup their vehicle and popup. Vendors must be set up by 11am or will not be allowed to gain access to their location and will forfeit their contract with Foodie Village and the Old School Gone Wild Festival.
Utilities
If Power or water are needed you must request this by email. There is limited access to the utilities. There is a small fee to access this when available. You must provide your own power cords that must be at least 14g but 12g is preferred.
Vendor will receive free access to the Mobile Web App. If they would like to receive links, company info listed on the mobile app the cost is only $50 now and it will stay on the app for at least 30 days after the festival.
The Foodie Village Mobile Food ordering app will allow you to pre-sell orders and take orders by customers over our app. There is no initial fee for this except for a $50 set up fee. If orders are taken there is a 15% FV fee + the Credit Card Payment services fee.
Restrooms are accessible clearly marked on the layout.
Requirements
All service personnel associated with your business will go in together.
FESTIVAL ID - As a Vendor you can purchase a special Festival ID. This will give you access to a pass allowing you In and Out privileges. The fee for this special laminate Festival ID is $15
